About Our Business
At West Valley Auto Electronics, customer service and quality installations are our
top priorities.
Originally opening as West Valley Instrument Specialists almost 30 years ago, we
began as a automotive instrument repair shop repairing and restoring mechanical
gauges from speedometers to clocks (which we still continue to do today). Over time,
dealers were asking us for more and more services besides instrument repair and 15
years later West Valley Auto Electronics was born and Instrument Specialists became
a division of it.
West Valley Auto Electronics has 15 employees working to meet your needs. All of
our experienced installers are paid by the hour so there is no need to rush through a
job to meet a commission point. Because of this, the total time and care that is
needed to get the job done right without cutting any corners is achieved. President
Morris Mintz, Office Manager Glenn Metken, and Installation Manager Ramon
Vasquez are dedicated to staying in touch with the latest technologies and best ways
of installing them. Because of our commitment to customer service and quality, we
are the number one Expediter choice for many car dealers all the way from
Thousand Oaks to Valencia to Santa Monica and in between.
